LaShonda is a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, and certified Nurse Injector with a passion for helping others achieve wellness from the inside out. As the owner of Body Wide Wellness, she has created a one-stop destination that offers massage therapy, personal training, and high-quality supplementation, while also serving as the lead injector for Body Wide Wellness Aesthetics.

Her dedication to education and growth drives her commitment to providing the most advanced care for her clients. She has completed specialized training in Sculptra, PDGF-BB, Radiesse, laser technology, and COâ‚‚ resurfacing, and she continues to expand her expertise to ensure optimal outcomes. Currently, LaShonda is pursuing her Nurse Practitioner license to further elevate the level of care she provides.

In addition to her medical and entrepreneurial roles, LaShonda is a mentor to new personal training staff at McDowell Fitness Center, where she shares her knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm for health and fitness. Known for her strong sense of community, she believes in giving back and creating lasting impacts that extend far beyond her business.

Blending medical knowledge, hands-on therapeutic skill, and a deep commitment to both her clients and her community, LaShonda is proud to provide safe, effective, and innovative treatments that empower people to look, feel, and live their best.
